5. No Refunds Policy

5.1 All Sales Final

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products (car air fresheners, diffusers, and car accessories), we do not offer refunds or returns on any purchases. Please ensure you review product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

5.2 Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect or damage. We will evaluate your case and may offer a replacement product at our sole discretion. Refunds are not available for defective or damaged items.

Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.
