At Lussofioro, we're committed to delivering your premium car accessories quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below for detailed information about our shipping methods, delivery times, and costs.
1. Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options:

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all provinces and territories in Canada. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary based on your location.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through our website or the carrier's website. Login to your account and visit the "My Orders" section to view tracking information.
5. Shipping Costs and Taxes
5.1 Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, the shipping method selected, and the weight of your order. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
5.2 Taxes (GST)
GST/HST will be applied to your order based on your shipping province. Tax rates are determined by the destination province and will be calculated automatically at checkout.
6. Delivery Issues
6.1 Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may be possible if requested before the order ships. No refunds will be issued for packages shipped to incorrect addresses.
6.2 Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We may offer a replacement product at our discretion. Refunds are not available. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately and we will investigate with the carrier.
6.3 Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment. Refunds will not be issued for undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
7. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within Canada. We plan to offer international shipping in the future. Please check back or contact us for updates.
8. Delivery Signature Requirements
For high-value orders (over $200), a signature may be required upon delivery. If you will not be available to sign, please contact us to arrange alternative delivery options.
9. Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons, delivery times may be longer than usual due to increased carrier volume. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery. Holiday shipping deadlines will be posted on our website.
10. P.O. Box Shipping
We can ship to P.O. boxes using Canada Post. However, some express shipping options may not be available for P.O. box addresses.
11. Multiple Item Orders
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability and warehouse location. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. Shipping costs are calculated for the entire order.

13. Customs and Duties
For domestic shipments within Canada, there are no customs duties. If we expand to international shipping in the future, customers will be responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
